Daddy & Eva Day
Today I was the sole person responsible for the well-being of my first daughter.
This is the first time I have taken care of her myself for more than Nina's trip to the store.
Overall, it went well; I even took care of my niece Kylie for the first 2 hours.
It is a blast taking care of an infant. If you haven't got one, you should seriously consider it ;)
Eva is the absolute most adorable little girl in the world.
We had an awesome time together, but it sure is tough to get anything done.
I think Nina did an awesome job with the pics I saw, but we are instantly thinking about a new lens to buy.
I am quite sure it will be the Canon 70-200mm/2.8L. Yeah I know it is some serious $$, and doesn't fit in our camera bag, but did you see the 'L'? [8-|]
She also realized how quickly you eat through only 1G of memory shooting a wedding, so a new card is in the wish list too.
Oh yeah, and the site has been changed a little. I just found a skin, but I think I am understanding the whole setup so that some much needed adjustments are only days away.
Tomorrow I have to DJ, so this family is getting wedding receptioned out, and I gotta get my rest.
