Daddy Update
No real news here, but I haven't done any real updates of Eva Grace, and since her mother does not post to their blog I thought I would throw out an update.
Eva is now 13 weeks old (in fact; it is the 3 month birthday today)!
She has been throwing up a lot since a couple weeks old, and we tried Zantac with no real improvement, so this week the doc decided to try out Prevacid.
The prevacid is some gooey pink stuff that she really can't swallow, but we have managed to get at least some of it in her for two days.
Day one looked much better, but today she seems to be back into at least spitting up a significant amount.
Maybe this stuff takes several days to take full effect.
Other than that, she has never really been too upset, or even cry for an extended period of time, so she is really the perfect baby.
She started smiling a couple weeks ago, and doesn't seem to stop.
She is sleeping for 7-8 hours at night, which is sweet!
She seems more sturdy than ever, since she can hold her head pretty good.
Carrying her for more than a half hour is bound to seriously damage arm muscles.
So if anyone has made it this far down the post, I am interested in going somewhere this weekend with the family (within an hour's drive), but don't know where.
Of course, a picturesque place would be ideal for us.
If you know of some cool place to go in West Michigan, please let me know.
