Creation Day 2007
So, I had proposed a creation day celebration on the Spring Equinox of every year.
I believe that my total blog reading population is 1.5 people, so it hasn't really caught on yet.
Certain groups suggest a different date, but I don't see the significance of that date.
I am again proposing to all that read my blog (yes you are the only one) that we celebrate Creation Day every year on the Spring Equinox. Since the equinox is a real event on earth, I have included this site to calculate the exact time.
For E.S.T. it is on the 20th @ 19:07. I believe that is 18:07 with the new daylight savings time change.
WIth your help, we can all make this a success.
Celebration should include:
- A reading of Genesis 1 with the family
- Perhaps some time spent becoming more familiar with the arguments used against creationists.
- More suggestions welcome, as I am drawing a blank as to how to celebrate Creation.
